Andrew is General Counsel at Bestige. In his role, Andrew manages the overall legal function for the firm, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions and ongoing counseling to the firm’s portfolio companies in a wide variety of matters. Prior to joining Bestige, Andrew spent nearly a decade in corporate law focusing on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions transactions for premier investment firms.

Andrew resides in Austin with his wife and four kids and enjoys spending his free time exercising at CrossFit, watching Formula 1, and hanging out with his kids outside.
