Bestige Holdings’ Portfolio Company, National Waste Partners, Acquires GK Industrial Refuse Systems

Expansion into Pacific Northwest Advances Effort to Achieve National Footprint

January 31, 2020 – Park City, UT. National Waste Partners, a portfolio company of Bestige Holdings, LLC, announced that it has acquired GK Industrial Refuse Systems. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“The acquisition of GK Industrial Refuse Systems provides National Waste with another great platform to further grow its portfolio of compactor and baler assets and enhance its overall service offerings,” said Blake Boardman, Vice President of Bestige Holdings, LLC. “This transaction marks the fourth add-on for National Waste and provides us with an opportunity to better serve customers in the Seattle, Spokane, and Portland metropolitan areas.”

GK Industrial Refuse Systems (GKI) is a Tacoma-based equipment sales, rental, and service company that has offered high quality compaction equipment and services to Washington and Northern Oregon for over four decades. The company handles various service needs for customers ranging from design and installation to repairs, paint jobs, and heavy-duty rebuilds. Since its founding in the 1970s, GK Industrial Refuse Systems is widely recognized as a leader in its market.
