Melissa is the Director of Finance and Onboarding at Bestige Holdings, where she partners with portfolio company leadership to build and elevate accounting and finance capabilities during the first phase of a new investment while assisting in the rollout of the firm’s onboarding playbook. Melissa brings over 10 years of experience leading FP&A, operational finance, and strategic analytics across high-growth, private-equity backed healthcare organizations. Her career is defined by her ability to build scalable financial infrastructure, professionalize reporting and planning processes, and partner with operators to drive performance across complex, multi site environments.

Melissa resides in Nashville with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, running, and reading.
