Josh serves as General Counsel of Bestige. He is responsible for leading the firm’s legal function and advises across the full spectrum of fund and portfolio company activities.

With more than twenty years of experience, spanning both in-house general counsel roles and private practice, he brings deep private equity experience across a broad range of complex M&A and financing transactions. Over the course of his career, he has advised businesses at every stage of their lifecycle, from formation through exit. He works closely with Bestige’s portfolio company leadership teams to provide legal guidance on a variety of portfolio company matters, such as commercial contracts, employment, regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution.

Josh lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, reading and writing fiction, and grilling.
