Lydia is a Manager within the Talent Acquisition function at Bestige Holdings. She previously worked at Wilton & Bain, a global boutique and retained executive search firm. Her track record spanned lateral equity Partner hiring across professional services firms and leadership roles across PE-backed and publicly traded companies. She now partners with Bestige’s Operations Group to meet the leadership needs of existing portfolio companies and the broader investment team. Having grown up as a “military brat”, Lydia approaches recruiting strategy with a focus on the human side, gaining a deep understanding of the person as a whole, complimentary with the person on paper.

Lydia resides in Austin, Texas. In addition to the Texas music scene, she enjoys spending time with her large Italian family, weightlifting, and cooking from scratch.
