Joni is a seasoned tax advisor with a proven track-record of partnering with privately owned companies across a variety of industries. As a senior executive within our Operations Group, Joni oversees our collective tax ecosystem, guiding all critical aspects of our tax due diligence, structuring, advisory and compliance. Working with our platforms, investors, and advisory partners to identify and navigate tax and regulatory challenges – both simple and complex – is both a strength and passion for Joni.

Joni holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from DePaul University. When she is not crunching numbers, Joni enjoys long-distance running and spending time with her husband and son.
