With 20 years’ experience in human capital consulting, executive recruiting, and talent advisory, Stuart partners with our investment team and senior leaders in the Operations Group to ensure potential and existing portfolio companies’ talent needs are proactively met. A proficient and mission-driven executive recruiter, Stuart approaches his work in talent assessment, acquisition, and advisory from a core belief: talent is the most important priority for any organization.

Stuart lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Lizzy, and their three children. In addition to spending time with his family, Stuart enjoys fishing, barbequing, cooking, playing guitar, volunteering, and all sorts of activities outdoors.
