With a depth of operational experience in operating company executive roles, he partners with our teams to position the firm for long-term success. Rob leads internal and external reporting along with compliance for the firm. Rob has a passion for enabling leadership teams to navigate financial and operational hurdles as companies grow and pursue higher levels of profitability.

Rob lives in the Austin area with his wife and enjoys the Texas music and food scenes and still remains an enthusiastic San Antonio Spurs fan.
