Acquisition Marks Third Add-On to National Waste Partners, Playing Critical Role in Company’s Growth Initiatives
November 9, 2017 – Park City, UT. National Waste Partners, a portfolio company of Bestige Holdings, LLC, announces that it has purchased J-Mec, Inc., from its owners and founders, Jim and Michelle Mechler. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition of J-Mec represents an important step in helping National Waste Partners achieve its strategic objectives of expanding both its sales and service offerings while further supporting its growing portfolio of rental assets.
Founded in 1992 by owner Jim Mechler, J-Mec is the Midwest’s leading distributor, installer and service provider of waste and recycling related equipment and has a long-standing reputation for product selection, creative problem solving, and service excellence.
