Jeff Munafo joins Bestige Holdings as Vice President, Operations Group

September 24, 2021 – Park City, UT. Bestige Holdings, a private investment firm focused on providing transformational capital to founder-operated businesses in the lower middle market, has added operational expert Jeff Munafo to its team of professionals. Munafo’s expertise in identifying and facilitating operational improvements will be tapped to help drive profitability for Bestige’s portfolio companies.

Jeff is a seasoned executive, operator, and entrepreneur with 20 years of experience leading and advising companies throughout the U.S from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. “Jeff has the unique ability to quickly immerse himself in the operational aspects of a business. He understands that optimizing how an organization runs requires equal focus on processes and people,” commented Steven Pallotta, Managing Director. “Jeff brings the leadership and skills we need and fits well both professionally and personally with our team.”

Prior to joining Bestige, Jeff worked for two years as Owner and General Manager of D1 Training, an athletic training center for scholastic and adult athletes. Jeff spent three years as a Vice President of Operations at ChemAid Laboratories, where he worked directly with small and mid-sized organizations to successfully develop, market and produce FDA regulated products. He also worked at Cosmetic Essence, a world leader in cosmetic packaging, where he spent eight years as General Manager responsible for more than 200 employees in three facilities representingmanufacturing, distribution, and research and development. Jeff spent his early professional years at Dewolff, Boberg & Associates, an operations- focused consulting practice.

Jeff has served on advisory boards as well as managed and consulted with manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses in a variety of industries, including plastics, chemicals, automotive, aerospace, and cosmetics.
